We believe our managers should treat their store like it is their own! Taking full responsibility when on shift.
With direction from their managers, a supervisors role is based around ensuring great customer service is being met throughout the store, along with ensuring the high standards of the Blue Lagoon are being met in every aspect.
Front line of the operation. Fish fryers are in charge of producing top quality Fish & Chips for all our customers, as well as holding a large amount of responsibility and authority when on shift.
Front-line of the operation. Whether it be as a waitress / waiter serving up our Famous Fish Teas, or counter assistant handing over our traditional suppers at the takeaway, you’ll be connecting with our regular customers on a regular basis!
Very important and rewarding role. Operating within the kitchen working alongside the team. Many of our KP’s have gone on to become full- time fish fryers!
