JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring all staff is following the Blue Lagoon’s operational manual.
Weekly Rota scheduling
Managing staff
- Staff absences
- Hiring staff
- Dismissing staff
- Staff behaviour on shift
- Resolving staff problems
- Ensuring staff are kept busy when on shift
- Ensuring staff are working together as a team
Ensure smooth day to day running of the shop.
Keeping a firm eye on wastage in the shop.
Food standards within the shop.
Ensuring all health safety, environmental health, allergen, fire safety folders are kept up to date.
Analysing good/bad reviews from customers and then reviewing it with the relevant staff members.
Ensuring service standards are at the highest level.
Dealing with till discrepancies.
Ensuring shop is cleaned up to standards when on shift for opening and closing
Ensuring the shop has correct levels of stock for opening.
Dealing with customer complaints within the shop.
Keeping control of day to day cooking levels from fryers
Keeping control of Cleaning standards of the entire shop.
